Out of all the other “computer repair services” that I have worked with in the last three years, Rick Aurand was the ONLY technician who correctly diagnosed my problem as not having enough memory! He had my computer up and running (as best as could be with its limited memory), in no time, in addition to correctly configuring my printer, and assuring me I was not operating a “virus laden” system. And to top it all off, he came to my house at a time that was convenient for ME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services!
