I am a home-bound senior and appreciated his house call. Rick responded to my call immediately. I had a number of problems which took a great deal of time to correct, but not more than I expected given my circumstances. I have some computer knowledge, but Rick had the skills and tools to complete the job. His work was more than satisfactory. His excellent knowledge, patience and professionalism are rare.
