Mr. Aurand was instrumental in helping me find the right printer for our family situation. We are a homeschooling family, and make quite a lot of copies, prints, and are required to do some scanning. He completed the set up in the estimated time that he had given to me prior to service, so there were no surprises in regard to the cost of his services. The printer is exactly what we needed, and we have had no problems with dropped signals. I purchased a Brother printer, and since Mr. Aurand is a service provider for these types of printers I like having the assurance that if anything goes awry, he is available to take care of any problems we may encounter in the future. I would highly recommend Mr. Aurand to service or repair a computer or for equipment set up. While I would love not to have to need his services in the future, I will definitely call him first if something isn’t working in our family’s computer world.
