He helped me to fully understand what I needed for a new computer. He also made memory recommendations which I am very happy with. Being a disabled person, Rick went and picked up the computer and delivered it to my house and then set everything up. Downloaded the printer drivers and configured them, Set up to connect to my WiFi. Copied all my data from my old computer hard drive to my new computer. Made sure all updates were installed and configured. I am very pleased with his work. I am very computer illiterate and he was very patient with me.
