I had purchased two laptop computers and an antivirus program for my grandsons as Christmas gifts. Rick set up and configured the two laptops, installed printer drivers to coincide with my wireless printer, installed and set up the antivirus program, installed and setup and configured the microsoft family settings plus emails. He is extremely knowledgable, and explained everything as he was doing it.
