Very quick service. I have a Dell laser printer that was not picking up paper. I called Aurand’s PRINTERS-n-PC’s and he was at my home within a couple hours. Rick not only got my printer fixed, but also fixed my wireless router so that it is now secure and no one can access it. I wasn’t aware of what that required and Rick fixed it easily and explained to me what he was doing so I’m aware of how it works in the future. Cost seemed fair and reasonable to me. 2/12/2013
