Rick arrived exactly on time on a very snowy Saturday morning.
He promptly set to work on the computer problems. He explained to me what he was doing and why.
He cleaned-up and removed unnecessary programs from my computer hard drive and had it running faster and better
then when it was new.
He was honest and open about his work.
I will not hesitate to call Rick Aurand again or to refer him.
Business men like Rick are few and far between in this day and age.
