A new hard drive went bad. Rick handled contacting the manufacturer, as it was still under warrenty, handled the shipping and delivery and reloaded the data from my back up hard drive (which incidentally rick had set up for me a year ago …thank goodness!) and ensured that all users systems were working and data was accessible. He sat with me to make sure that the data to be restored was the correct data as well. I am a very detail oriented person as my past occupation was mainframe programming so having rick as my personal PC go to man is a luxury. I know he is extremely knowledgeable, extremely detailed and thorough and truly does the best job possible. He is very fair on his pricing as well. I highly recommend Rick Aurand for your computer and printer needs.
