Once again Aurand’s Printers-n-PCs came to my rescue and repaired the dreaded blue screen on my computer and repaired performed services to troubleshoot problems that could arise in the future. I had just moved to a new apartment and had personally moved my computer system. I learned a few weeks later there was a leak in my Comcast service and everything began to unravel at that point. Several calls later to Comcast – technicians in and out checking my service – and the final straw was the blue screen on my system. In the past I had used Staples, Maximum Computers and Alliance Computers and new what the response would be – “bring your system in and leave it with us for xxxxx days”. I remembered the pleasant experience I had with Aurand’s last year and called upon him again. My system is up and running smoothly and much faster; my problems were resolved the same afternoon. You will not find any computer repair service – more helpful; more honest in their analysis; more professional; more knowledgeable; or more committed to exceptional customer service than Aurand’s Printers-n-PCs. One of the absolute best in the area. I am a completely satisfied customer.
Rick arrived exactly on time on a very snowy Saturday morning.
He promptly set to work on the computer problems. He explained to me what he was doing and why.

I took my BROTHER brand printer to Aurand’s PRINTERSnPCs on April 4 2012 for repair,because the door in the back wouldn’t close and latch after I cleared a paper jam, so I couldn’t use the machine. It would not function at all with the door not closed properly. I got his address off the BROTHER web site as an authorized repair facility.
I had to drive over 30 miles to get there. I was expecting to drop it off and have to make a return trip to pick it up when it was repaired, BUT TO MY GREAT SURPRISE, he said I see by your address that you have come a long way, and if you have the time I will see if I can repair it for you NOW!!! I sat there and watched him diagnose the problem with the door and in less than 15 minutes he found the problem and had it working good as new.
I really appreciate him repairing the printer while I waited so I didn’t have to make a return trip. Rick showed real Professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend him, he went out of his way to make me a happy customer. He was very fair with the charges for the repair.
