Rick worked with me to troubleshoot a whole list of problems. We had been having issues accessing our email accounts and downloading incoming messages, as well as accessing My Contacts in Outlook; he had also recently upgraded our operating system, and helped clarify how that affected some of our existing programs and files. He also gave us an evaluation of an old laptop computer that we had as to whether it was worth keeping.

The same day I called, Mr. Aurand came to my home and resolved not only my computer problem, but resolved a problem with a printer that I was having. Our 2009 computer was very slow, especially when starting up. Rick cleaned it up, checked for viruses, and made several suggestions to us. The computer is much faster now and works like it did when we first bought it.

Aurand’s PRINTERS-N_PC’s gives GREAT SERVICE! I took my computer to Alliance Computers. After a week, I called to follow up and they didn’t even start on it. I went and picked up my computer from them and took it to Aurand’s PRINTERS-N_PC’s early that evening. They had it fixed and back to me by mid morning the next day. I’ll give them ALL my work! I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Rick Aurand of PRINTERS-n-PC’s. I took my laptop to him around noon, expressing my need for a prompt repair and much to my surprise, it was available for pickup at 3PM that same day! I have been using Aurand’s Printer-n-PC’s for two years now.
We are very pleased with Rick’s service and knowledge of our machine.
