We have known Rick Aurand both personally and professionally for more than 20 years. During that time we have come to know him as a man of unquestioned character and integrity, and outstanding work ethic. Many times when we have experienced unexpected computer problems that hindered our home business, Rick has worked us into his schedule so that we could provide our customers the service they expect. HIs work has always been excellent, and he has also recommended system upgrades and options without trying to push anything we didn’t need or couldn’t easily afford. I took my BROTHER brand printer to Aurand’s PRINTERSnPCs on April 4 2012 for repair,because the door in the back wouldn’t close and latch after I cleared a paper jam, so I couldn’t use the machine. It would not function at all with the door not closed properly. I got his address off the BROTHER web site as an authorized repair facility.
I had to drive over 30 miles to get there. I was expecting to drop it off and have to make a return trip to pick it up when it was repaired, BUT TO MY GREAT SURPRISE, he said I see by your address that you have come a long way, and if you have the time I will see if I can repair it for you NOW!!! I sat there and watched him diagnose the problem with the door and in less than 15 minutes he found the problem and had it working good as new.
I really appreciate him repairing the printer while I waited so I didn’t have to make a return trip. Rick showed real Professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend him, he went out of his way to make me a happy customer. He was very fair with the charges for the repair.
